1. This competition ("Promotion") is open to all residents of Great Britain aged 15 years or over who are full or part time students enrolled at an accredited school, college, university or institute of secondary education in Great Britain. Proof of age and enrolment may be required.

12. Editing entries: Initial entries may be edited until the entry period in which the entry was originally submitted closes. To edit an entry during the applicable entry period, go to students-adobe.com/UK and enter your username and password to access your profile and entry. All resubmitted entries will be screened and judged in the final form in which they are submitted. Entries will be briefly checked for compliance with the basic Promotion entry requirements; incomplete or non-complying entries will be disqualified.
13. Entry Periods: Entries will be accepted from 12.01am (UK time) on 4 September 2011 and all entries must be received before 11.59pm (UK time) on 1 October 2011. The Promotion has two ‘Entry Periods' (highlighted in pink above).
14. Selection of Semi-Finalists: Judges will select up to twenty (20) Semi-Finalists from among all eligible entries in each Entry Period. The Semi-Finalist judging panel will consist of marketing and/or public relations representatives from GMR and at least one independent person.
Entries will be evaluated on a 100 point scale, as follows:
Entries with the highest point totals will be selected as the potential Semi-Finalists, subject to confirmation of eligibility and confirmation of compliance with these Official Rules (if the entrant is under 18, a parent or guardian will need to do this on the entrant's behalf). In the event of a tie, judges will revisit the tied entries and choose the entry which best reflects all criteria as a whole in their sole discretion.
15. Selection of Finalists: On the dates outlined above, judges will select up to ten (10) Finalists from among the Semi-Finalists. The Finalist judging panel will consist of celebrity judges and marketing and/or public relations representatives from Adobe and at least one independent person.
Entries will be evaluated on a 100 point scale, as follows:
Entries with the highest point totals will be selected as the potential Finalists. In the event of a tie, judges will revisit the tied entries and choose the entry which best reflects all criteria as a whole in their sole discretion.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements above may result in forfeiture of Semi-Finalist and/or Finalist status and the selection of another potential Semi-Finalist and/or Finalist.
16. Two First Prize Winners: The Finalists' entries will be featured at students-adobe.com/UK during the Online Voting Periods set out above (schedule subject to change). Online voting will be used to determine the two FIRST PRIZE winners (i.e. one for each Entry Period). Voting is limited to one vote per person/ authorized email account holder per day. The First Prize winners will be announced and posted online at students-adobe.com/UK approximately one week after the relevant Online Voting Period and winners have been confirmed. In the event of a tie, the entries involved will be re-judged by a judge who will serve as the tie-breaker and who will evaluate entries according to the same judging criteria used to determine the Finalists. The nine remaining Finalists with the next highest votes in each Entry Period will become the Second Prize Winners.
17. One Students' Choice Grand Prize Winner: All eligible entries (including entries selected as Semi-Finalists and Finalists and other eligible entries) received during the Entry Periods will be featured at students-adobe.com/UK between approximately 23 October 2011 and 5 November 2011 for public voting. Schedule subject to change. Online voting will be used to determine the one Students' Choice Grand Prize Winner. Voting is limited to one vote per person/authorized email account holder per day. The Grand Prize winner will be announced and posted online at students-adobe.com/UK after winner has been confirmed. In the event of a tie, the entries involved will be re-judged by an additional judge who will serve as the tie-breaker and who will evaluate entries according to the same judging criteria used to determine the Finalists.
Entries with the highest point totals will be selected as the potential Grand Prize Winner, subject to confirmation of eligibility and confirmation of compliance with these Official Rules (if the entrant is under 18, a parent or guardian will need to do this on the entrant's behalf). In the event of a tie, judges will revisit the tied entries and choose the entry which best reflects all criteria as a whole in their sole discretion.
18. Prizes:
If winner is 16 or under, prize will be awarded in minor's name to a parent or legal guardian.
19. Winner notification:
Winner responsibilities: Within 14 days of first attempted notification, the potential First Prize winners and the potential Grand Prize Winner (or parent/guardian if applicable) must complete and return to the Promoter a Winner's Confirmation Form (to the address notified to the winner at the time of notification). Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of another potential First or Grand Prize Winner. The Winner's Confirmation Form will include a confirmation of the licence granted by the Entrant to the Promoter. The Winner also will be required to confirm compliance with these Official Rules, and may be asked for a copy of other supporting documents e.g. to prove their age.
20. LIABILITY: Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:
INDEMNITY: Entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter and GMR against any losses, damages, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal fees) arising directly or indirectly from Promoter and GMR's use of the entry in accordance with the permitted purposes.
21. If Promoter has to abbreviate the Promotion for reasons beyond its reasonable control, Promoter reserves the right to award the prize(s) to one or more of the valid, eligible entries received before that date in its sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
23. If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
24. The judges' and Promoter's decisions shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
25. All entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
26. Details of prize winners' names and county will be available for one month after the close of the Promotion by writing to GMR Marketing LLC, 85 Strand, London WC2R 0DW United Kingdom and stating the name and closing date of the Promotion.
27. In addition to the rights granted above, winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness and/or their entry for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
28. The Promoter will use each winner's, and each entrant's, personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion.

31. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Adobe "Imagination Gallery" Voting Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), visit www.students-adobe.com, between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 11, 2011 through 11:59 p.m. ET on November 19, 2011 and complete an Official Online Registration Form including first and last name, username, email, confirm email, password, confirm password, daytime phone number, date of birth, then select "vote" and accept the Official Rules and Adobe's Privacy Policy, then vote for your favorite creative entry submitted, and click "Submit." If you are already registered, select "vote" and accept the Official Rules and Adobe's Privacy Policy, then vote for your favorite creative entry submitted, and click "Submit." All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET to be entered for that days drawing. Non-winning daily entries will not roll over to subsequent daily drawings. Adobe, GMR, and their affiliates, promotional partners, sales representatives, distributors and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this promotion are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or the operation of the Sweepstakes. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:

All federal, state and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater approximate retail value. Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. DAILY PRIZE WINNERS: The Daily Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing each day during the Promotion Period by GMR, an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters relating the sweepstakes are final. Daily Prize winners will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address indicated on the Official Online Registration Form. Potential Daily Prize winners from Canada will be required to complete and correctly answer a mathematical skills test question without mechanical or other assistance. Failure to successfully complete the mathematical skills test will result in forfeiture of prize. Daily Prize award is subject to Sponsor's verification of potential winner's eligibility.
